Yes. We would love to learn about your child's interests and discuss a theme, art project, and decorations that make the celebration feel personal. Final project and setup options will depend on the children's age group, party size, and preparation time.

Yes, you may bring outside food, snacks, drinks, and a birthday cake. You’re welcome to store your birthday cake in the refrigerator located in our office during your celebration. Please let us know in advance if refrigeration is needed. Alcohol is not permitted. Food that requires open flames, cooking, heating, or on-site fire preparation is also prohibited.

Each party may include up to 20 children, with no more than 50 people total in the studio, including children and adults. Participating siblings must be included in the child count. To protect the quality and safety of every celebration, we cannot make exceptions to these limits.

Party deposits are non-refundable. If your plans change, please contact us as soon as possible. Your party may be rescheduled to another available date and time, subject to UBABY COLOR's current availability.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 7 days of the event may not be eligible for credit or transfer.

Please allow up to three days for us to review and respond to your inquiry. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a date; your party is confirmed only after availability, booking details, and the required deposit have been completed.
